Almond Rice Bread

Mix dry ingredients in a food processor
1 3/4 cup brown rice flour
1 cup almond flour (blend almonds in food processor until very fine)
      1/4 cup tapioca flour
      2 1/2 teaspoons guar gum
      1 teaspoon salt
      2 teaspoons instant yeast

Then add
      2 cups water
      2 tablespoons honey
      2 tablespoons olive oil

Process until it is thick like a cake mix.  Add more water as needed.  Pour into bread pan and let rise to near the top.  Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.  May be baked in small bread pans also.  For pizza, spread onto oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet.. Press down using olive oil.  Bake 10 minutes.  May keep in the freezer until ready for use.  Add toppings and bake another 10 minutes or until done.

This bread may fall some as it cools.  It is good toasted.
