Cashew Dill Dressing

Place in small kettle:
2 cups water
1/4 cup cornstarch
 
Stir and then bring to a boil stirring constantly.
 
Place in blender:
1 cup water
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup rolled oats (opt)
 
Blend until very smooth.  Then add the cornstarch mixture and:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup water
1-2 Tbsp. dill weed
 
Blend again and pour into container.  This will thicken as it cools.
