 Curry
 
In a large pan on the stove add:
 
      1 onion finely chopped
      2 tablespoons garlic, minced
      2 teaspoons salt
      2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
      2 cups water
 
Cook for 5 minutes then add:
      2 lbs. Chinese vegetables
      2 cups cooked garbanzos
      1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
 
Simmer 20 minutes.  Serve over steamed rice.
 
Curry Powder
      1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
      1 tablespoon turmeric
      1/2 tablespoon coriander
      1 1/2 tablespoon cumin
 
This is a very mild curry.
