Jicama Salad

Jicama Salad
1/2 jicama, peeled and grated
3 carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 rutabaga, peeled and grated
1 turnip, peeled and grated
2 stalks celery, sliced
Mix well and dress with Cool Cucumber Dressing. (Recipe found under Dressings heading)
