Non-oil Pesto

Pesto
 
 
 
2 cups fresh basil
1 cup green ripe olives (not the kind found in most grocery stores)
1 cup walnuts (or pine nuts)
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. liquid from olives
 
Put all ingredients in food processor and process until the consistency you like.  Enjoy!
