Red Cabbage Slaw

 Red Cabbage Slaw
 
      1 small red cabbage finely shredded
      2 stalks celery, finely chopped
      5 green onions, finely chopped including tops
      2 large carrots, finely grated
      6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
      2 tablespoons olive oil
      1 teaspoon sea salt
 
Combine cabbage, celery, onions and carrots.  Mix together lemon juice, olive oil and salt.  Pour over vegetabes and mix gently.
