Slicing Cheez

 Slicing Cheez
 
Put in blender:
      1 1/2 cups  cashews
      2 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
      1 1/2 tsp salt
      2 teaspoons onion powder
      1 teaspoon garlic
      3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
      1/2 teaspoon paprika
      2 tablespoons pimento
      1/2 cup water
DO NOT blend yet!
 
In a pan on the stove put:    
      1 tablespoon Agar powder (or 2 tablespoons if using flakes)
      2 cups water
Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes while stirring.  Pour into blender and blend well.  Pour into container and refrigerate.  This slices nicely.  May be frozen and grate while frozen.
