 Snowballs
 
     
In a large bowl add:
      1 cup peanut butter
      1 cup unsweetened coconut, fine shred
      1 cup sesame seeds
      1 cup walnuts, chopped
      1 cup almonds, slivered or diced
      1 cup date butter or chopped dates
      1 cup sunflower seeds
      1 cup raisins
      1 cup vegan carob chips
      1 cup pecans, chopped
 
Mix well.  Make into small balls and roll in coconut.  Store in refrigerator.  Honey may be used in place of dates.  Less nuts may be used. Grape nuts can also be added.
