Spinach Cauliflower Salad

 Spinach Cauliflower Salad
 
      1/2 large bunch of spinach torn into bite size pieces
      1/2 head of cauliflower broken into florets
      1 large avocado, diced (opt)
      3 tablespoons olive oil
      3 tablespoons lemon juice
      3 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminoa
      1 teaspoon dry  Basil
      1 clove garlic, pressed
      1/3 cup sunflower seeds
Combine spinach, cauliflower and avocado in a bowl.  In a small jar combine the oil, lemon juice,
Braggs, basil and garlic.  Shake well and pour over vegetables.  Stir gently.  Add sunflower seeds.
 
Slivered almonds may be used instead of the sunflower seeds.
