Hi,
Try these suggestions:
1) Get 8 hours sleep/night
2) drink 8 glasses of water/day
3) take a teaspoonful of D-Mannose 4 times a day in a glass of water. You can order D-Mannose on line from many different places. It is a sugar that coats the commonest bladder bug and makes it slippery so that it can't stick to your bladder wall. The result is that you may get rid of your infection.
Blessings,
Ray Foster, M.D.

Agree with Dr. Foster's recommendations.
Also try DMSO-2 (aka MSM) 5 g three times a day. We had excellent results with this agent for a recent guest with interstitial cystitis
