Please, can somebody give me an answer...
 Why do i feel more hungry when i eat apples??? I really like them so much and i am trying to loose some weight so i want instead of eating supper to eat an apple but after i eat it i feel like i am more hungry than before eating it... Is there any explanation why does this happens to me, is it the acids that the apple has, maybe...
I appreciate any answer or any experience u had like me with apples ..

I sometimes get hungry when I eat apples but if I eat some bread with it, it helps. Try a different fruit.

yes, apples are good, another possibility too is that maybe your body is thirsty. In a book called, "Your Bodies Many Cries for Water" it is suggested that you drink about 1/2 your body weight of water in ounces. . . . that might be a reason. . . . take care
