I notice you wrote in last week. Is there any particular area of our lifestyle program that we can be of help to you? Or maybe you were just interested in the new website. Yes, we agree, Jack has done a wonderful job. We're still learning so many things about navigating the new site. It's exciting!

thanks for asking Cheryl. I did post a question in the nutrition section about apples and Elizabeth did respond. I am interested to find out if anyone else experiences the same problem I do that apples seem to make me more hungry. I'll let you all know if I have any other questions from time to time. This is a neat forum. I appreciate you taking the time to interact with people and answer their health related questions.
