I have been here for 6 years and just LOVE my work. I don't like spending hours fixing food but I do want it to look good and taste good. Nutrition has been a long time study of mine along with natural remedies and herbs. My son, Jonathon, says I put 2 secret ingredients in my food--love and eat-me-up.
My husband, Will, and I have three grown children. They grew up in the mountains of northern California beyond power lines. They enjoyed roaming the hills, building forts, helping with the garden, going swimming in the creek and learning to drive by the time they were 8.
If you aren't used to whole plant foods when you come, you may be surprised how well you like them by the time you leave.
