Lecithin as an oil substitute

Does anyone know how much lecithin should a person substitute in a recipe that calls for oil.

Appleasauce can be used in place of oil in most recipes. Lecithin liquid is very thick and doesn't disperse very well. Lecithin granules are used in addition to oil in a few recipes. You can always try using lecithin and see what happens.

Thanks. I though you mean it was not health but I understand teh dispersement effect. I'm underweight so I cannot let go of all the oils and only eat nuts, avocadoes and olives. I'm alos trying to cut back on yeast and it'S hard to make unleaven bread without oil. Chappatties and buckwheat pancakes are nice but very long to make.
