I am 31 years old, and as far back as I can remember I have had a sinus problem. I have constant nasal congestion; total in one nostril, and partial-to-none in the other. I have taken medication for it in the past, but to no avail. I have been a vegetarian for about six months (no dairy products), and I have noticed no improvement in my condition. Also, whenever I exert myself (that included exercise), it gets a little worse.
What can I do to help? Is surgery my only option?

Hi,
I suspect that you are still getting dairy protein in prepared foods. Do you look at the lables of all the prepared foods you buy? What about cheese? The great majority of time when a person really gets off all dairy products - preparing all their own food including bread and reading the lables to see what the ingredients are of all prepared foods - their sinus problems go away. Even eating out once a week and asking no questions or eating yoguert once a month is enough to keep up the sinus infection/inflammation.
Try this:
1. fast for 3 days taking nothing but raw carrot or other raw vegetable juice.
2. eat nothing with commercailly prepared ingredients (they virtually all have dairy products in them). for a week. Include garlic or onions in your food.
3. walk 2 miles a day and drink 8 glasses of pure water a day and sleep 8 hours a night - at least 3 or 4 of those hours before midnight.
My expectation is that you will se a significant improvement in your sinus problems.
Let us know!
Expecting great things.
