Our health program has two phases. Phase I is eight (8) days intensive on our beautiful campus where you will begin to both cleanse your body and start to give it the materials needed to repair past damage. Treatments, classes, exercises and delicious food as well as camaraderie with others will launch you into a new health journey toward wholeness! Phase II begins after you return home where you will have 12 weeks of two (2) per week instruction via Zoom with exercises, cooking classes, and lectures designed to guide you further in your wellness journey.

Accommodations

Our Wellness Center is beautifully situation on 260 acres of serene red-rock canyon in the eastern foothills of the Black Hills in South Dakota. The surrounding beauty, peace, and quiet of nature have a marvelously soothing and restorative effect on the body, mind, and spirit.

We accommodate health guests in a modest home with comfortably furnished rooms. When our rooms were designed, they had your comfort and healing in mind.
Your privacy is important. That’s why all of our tastefully decorated rooms have their own en suites bathrooms.
Each room is designed for two occupants or one couple. Bedding and towels are provided.
